Profe Nieto

¡Hola!

My name is Profe Nieto, and I am so excited to be your Spanish teacher this school year! I can't wait to get to know each of you and make this our best year yet. ¡Juntos! Together, we will learn, grow, and build the confidence to communicate in a new language.

Starting high school and learning Spanish can feel both exciting and a little overwhelming. Whether you're feeling eager, nervous, or somewhere in between, know that you're not alone. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to take risks, ask questions, and celebrate their progress.

​

I have a strong passion for teaching, lifelong learning, and bilingualism, and I love helping students discover the many opportunities that come with learning another language and culture.

This is my fourth year teaching at Villa Grove High School, where I teach all of the Spanish courses offered. In addition to teaching, I proudly serve as the Class of 2027 Sponsor, Spanish Club Sponsor, Blue Crew Sponsor, Pitchfork Press Sponsor, S.W.A.T sponsor, and XC Coach.
